ST. PAUL, Minn. - Dreyer Homan's (Clara City, Minn./MACCRAY) final career start at Reynolds Field was award-worthy in the eyes of the National Christian College Athletic Association, who named him its Baseball Pitcher of the Week on Monday.

The senior wrapped up his final regular season in purple on Friday by tossing a complete-game two-hitter against Martin Luther. In the 4-0 win, he also struck out 12 and walked zero. His success did not translate to the plate, however, as he pinch hit on Senior Day Saturday and struck out. This is the third-consecutive week the award has gone to a Northwestern pitcher, with Homan starting the streak on April 13th.

Homan and the Eagles will travel to Saint John's for a doubleheader on Tuesday before finishing the regular season with a three-game series at Bethany Lutheran, beginning Friday at 3:00 PM.
