Iverson Earns NCCAA All-America Honors for Second Time

GREENVILLE, S.C. - For the second time in her illustrious career, Jadyn Iverson (West Fargo, N.D./West Fargo) in a National Christian College Athletic Association Softball All-American. The senior was among the First Team recipients announced by the association this week after earning Second Team honors a year ago.

The full list of NCCAA Softball awards can be found here.

Iverson's First Team All-America distinction comes on the heels of a multitude of awards this postseason, including NFCA Third Team All-Region and First Team All-UMAC. The senior slugger put up career-highs in home runs (3), RBI (48), doubles (15), runs (29) and slugging percentage (.614) to cap off her prolific career. The West Fargo native added to her record book presence this season by breaking program records for single-season RBI (48) and career RBI (144). Iverson is scattered across the record book in other categories as well, including (but not limited to) fourth in career hits (194) and career putouts (961), and a tie for fourth in career doubles (46) and career total bases (260). She was also a stalwart in the field throughout her career, finishing top-10 in career fielding percentage (.981).
