Hagen, who last month was named an NCCAA All-American (Second Team) for the third time in her career, is also now a three-time All-North Central Region selection and a two-time North Central Region Player of the Year (2023). The senior led Northwestern in both points (12.9) and rebounds (6.4) per game in 2024-25, and finished fifth in both categories (14.2 points, 7.4 rebounds) in UMAC games as well. She eclipsed the 20-point mark three times this season, including a career-high 31 at Minnesota Morris. Hagen was named NCCAA DI Women's Basketball Student-Athlete of the Week on January 13th, and currently sits in the top 15 in UNW history in both career points (1323) and rebounds (664). Her 85.0 free throw percentage ranked fifth in the NCCAA as well.
Sondrol is now a two-time NCCAA All-North Central Region honoree, as she was a Second Team selection last season. The senior led the team in blocks (50), and finished second in points per game (12.0), three-point percentage (41.2%) and field goal percentage (44.9%). Her 1.7 blocks per game were good for fourth in the NCCAA and her 41.2% three-point clip was fifth. Coach Kahl was named North Central Region Coach of the Year for the second time (2023) after another successful season at UNW, which culminated in a fifth-place finish at the NCCAA DI National Championships in Missouri. His squad finished 20-10 overall and 11-3 in the UMAC, which earned them a share of the regular season conference title. Northwestern lost in the UMAC Tournament Championship game but bounced back with a good showing at the NCCAA Tournament, winning its final two games of the season to claim fifth place. Kahl's Eagles tied for first in the NCCAA in three-pointers per game (8.7) and free throw percentage (75.2%), and finished third in turnover margin (6.1) and assist-to-turnover ratio (1.15).
