GREENWOOD, Ind. - This week, College Sports Communicators announced its annual Academic All-District Football Teams. The intent of the announcement is to recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Cody Duffy (Columbus, Ga./Chattahoochee County) and
Sivert Klefsaas (Motley, Minn./Staples-Motley) of the University of Northwestern Football team were named to the Academic All-District team, with Klefsaas moving on to the national ballot for the CSC Academic All-America Team.
