ST. PAUL, MINN. – The Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) announced the recipients of the Men's and Women's Basketball Player of the Week awards Monday afternoon. Sophomore forward
Megan Roberts (Greeley, Colo./Dayspring Christian Academy) secured recognition for the Northwestern women's team for her efforts on the hardwood this past week.

Roberts led Northwestern to two non-conference wins on the week. The sophomore shot 67% from the field and averaged 19 points per game. Roberts also connected on 57% of attempts from the three (4-for-7), while pulling down 14 rebounds and dishing out six assists. The Colorado native posted a career-high 23 points (9-for-12) in UNW's win over Grinnell.
