ST. PAUL – The top-seeded University of Northwestern volleyball team (33-6) swept Cornell College Thursday night to advance to the NCAA Division III St. Paul Regional semifinals. The Eagles' opponent Friday will be the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse after UWL topped the College of Saint Benedict Thursday. First serve between the two teams is set for 7 p.m.

Friday's first semifinal will feature Gustavus and Wartburg. That match is slated for a 4:30 p.m. start time.
