ST. PAUL, Minn. - After another perfect week that resulted in a pair of conference sweeps to stay unbeaten in Upper Midwest Athletic Conference play, the University of Northwestern Volleyball team has added two more UMAC Athlete of the Week awards to its collection this season. This week's pair brings the squad's 2026 total to 10, spread across the three volleyball awards.

Ana Egge (Rapid City, S.D./Rapid City Christian) is now a six-time winner of the UMAC Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week award this season, after leading UNW's offensive attack by producing 23 kills (3.83 per set), 9 digs, 2 aces and 2 blocks. Her best output came Friday night in a UMAC Game of the Week sweep at Morris, when the junior tallied 14 kills, 5 digs, 2 blocks and an ace. In conference play, Egge's 4.62 kills per set are almost a full kill higher than second place, and she still ranks top 5 in Division III in kills per set.

Addeson Jenniges (Walnut Grove, Minn./Westbrook-Walnut Grove) was recognized as the UMAC Volleyball Setter of the Week for the second time in 2026 and the 10th time in her career after dishing out 39 assists over the weekend for a UMAC-high 6.5 per set. In Friday's UMAC Game of the Week at Morris, she produced a match-high 21 assists, out-dueling UMM's Sella Fleming, who is the conference leader in total assists and assists per set. The junior also added 7 digs on the week.

Egge, Jenniges and the rest of the (RV) UNW Volleyball team will host (RV) St. Olaf in a nationally-relevant match on Wednesday, October 28th at 7:00 PM.
