GREENSBORO, N.C. - The week of national academic awards continues, as the American Baseball Coaches Association announced its Team Academic Excellence Award recipients on Wednesday, presented by Sports Attack. The University of Northwestern Baseball team was among the 440 college teams to receive the award across all divisions.

To qualify for the award, teams must have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale.
