GREENVILLE, S.C. - An all-around dominant effort versus Maranatha Baptist on Friday evening has earned the University of Northwestern's Ella Frazier (Mahtomedi, Minn./Mahtomedi) the National Christian College Athletic Association's DI Women's Basketball Student-Athlete of the Week honor. It is the freshman's first honor of her career and the first weekly honor for the Eagles this season.

Frazier put on a show in the 96-34 win over the Sabercats in just 21 minutes, leading the team with a career-high 21 points and adding five rebounds, five assists and five steals. The rookie is having an outstanding first season in purple, ranking in the UMAC's top 10 in points per game (10th), assists per game (3rd), steals per game (5th), blocks per game (10th), field goal percentage (8th) and three-point percentage (7th).

Fazier and the Eagles will host Emmaus University at 1:00 PM on Saturday, December 13th.
