GREENSBORO, NC – The University of Northwestern baseball team has earned the ABCA Team Academic Excellence Award for the 2021-22 academic year, the American Baseball Coaches Association announced on Wednesday.

The award, which began for the 2015-16 academic year, highlights programs coached by ABCA members that posted a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale for the entire 2021-22 academic year.

This is the fifth ABCA Team Academic Excellence Award for the Eagles in program history. UNW has earned the award each academic year going back to 2017-18.
