ST. PAUL, Minn. – The University of Northwestern St. Paul Men's and Women's Outdoor Track & Field teams had nine student-athletes honored with All-Conference awards, the Upper Midwest Athletics Conference announced.

All-Conference
Darrell Myles (New Orleans, La./Covington)
- Placed second overall for Northwestern in the 100 Meter Dash with a time of 11.26 seconds at the UMAC Championships. The senior also placed fourth in the Triple Jump at 12.10 meters.
Kacy Selje (Minneapolis, Minn./Southwest)
- Took second in the 200 Meter Dash and 400 Meter Dash at the UMAC Championships with times of 26.91 and 1:01.22 seconds respectively. The freshman added a fourth-place finish in the Pole Vault at 2.45 meters and a sixth place finish in the 100 Meter Dash at 13.66 seconds.
Caleb Nelson (Hinckley, Minn./Rift Valley Academy )
- Earned the gold in the Pole Vault at the UMAC Championships, launching himself up and over 3.95 meters to finish in first at the UMAC Championships. The freshman placed fourth in the 100 Meter Dash with a time of 11.41 seconds. Nelson also had a fifth place finish in the 400 Meter Dash at 51.57 seconds.
Carly Thompson (Gibbon, Minn./GFW)
- Placed fourth in the 100 Meter Dash to lead UNW with a time of 13.46 seconds at the UMAC Championships. In the Long Jump, the freshman's 4.37-meter jump earned her fifth in the event. Thompson also had a seventh-place finish in the 200 Meter Dash at 29.89 seconds.
Jadon Konkel (Bloomington, Minn./Southwest Christian)
- Won the 200 Meter Dash in 22.25 seconds at the UMAC Championships. The sophomore also added a third-place finish in the 100 Meter Dash at 11.29 seconds. The 19.50 team points he earned for UNW was the ninth most by any competitor for their team.
Megan Nowak (Athens, Wis./Athens)
- Won the 100 Meter Hurdles for the Eagles at the UMAC Championships. The junior flew by the competition with a time of 17.66 seconds to take the gold. Nowak also placed fourth in the 400 Meter Hurdles at 1:21.78.
Travaris Ricks (Brooklyn Center, Minn./Maranatha Christian Academy)
- Took second in the Triple Jump for the Eagles, flying 12.84 meters at the UMAC Championships. The sophomore then placed third in the Long Jump, launching himself 6.42 meters.
Gracia Widman (Moville, Iowa./Woodbury Central)
- Led UNW with a time of 2:48.44 in the 800 Meter Run at the UMAC Championships.
Caleb Hoilien (Minneapolis, Minn./Hope Academy )
- Reached second place in the High Jump at the UMAC Championships, going up to 1.76 meters. The freshman added a fifth place finish in the Triple Jump, reaching 12.00 meters.
