ST. BONIFACIOUS, MINN. - The University of Northwestern men's soccer team took on Crown College in a matchup on Tuesday evening. The Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) opponents competed in a non-conference contest, with the Storm coming out on top on the night 1-0. The all-time record between the two programs shifts to 36-24-2, still in favor of UNW.
The first half was a defensive stalemate, with neither team able to break through and find the back of the net. Northwestern was able to tally six shots, with only one of them being on goal. The game was scoreless entering the half.
