Amy Berglund (Springfield, Va./West Springfield), was recognized by the National Christian College Athletic Association [NCCAA] Monday, as the Eagles leading scorer was named to the North Central All-Region team for women's basketball.

Amy Berglund (Springfield, Va./West Springfield) wrapped up her career as one of the most impactful players in Northwestern history and this season's performance was no exception. The guard led the team in scoring, averaging 11.7 ppg and a team-best 63 steals. Her 1,491 career points is the sixth best in school history, while Berglund's 616 career rebounds ranks her in the top seven of all time. She tallied 317 steals (the second most in Northwestern history) and also sits at No. 2 in all-time blocks with 118. Berglund led the Eagles to the semi-final round of the UMAC tournament, where Northwestern fell in overtime to the regular season champions.
