ST. PAUL – The 12th-ranked University of Northwestern volleyball team will host Martin Luther College Wednesday in an Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) semifinal contest inside the Ericksen Center. First serve between the top-seeded Eagles and fourth-seeded Knights is slated for 7 p.m.

UNW defeated MLC twice during the year via sweeps. The Knights advanced to Wednesday's semifinal after knocking off St. Scholastica in thrilling fashion Monday in New Ulm.

Wednesday's winner advances to play in the UMAC Tournament Championship Saturday at 7 p.m. The other conference semifinal features Minnesota Morris and UW-Superior.
