ST. PAUL – The University of Northwestern football team will put its 7-1 record on the line Saturday when Greenville College (2-6, 2-5) makes the trek to St. Paul from Greenville, Ill. Kickoff in the regular season home finale is scheduled for 12 noon. The Eagles boast a 6-1 Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) record and control their own destiny in the conference title race. If UNW wins out, they will be the regular season champions.
SENIOR DAY
UNW will honor its senior class prior to kickoff at Reynolds Field. Parents are asked to meet under the stadium in the tunnel 20 minutes prior to kickoff.
PURPLE OUT
Saturday's contest has been deemed a Purple Out and fans are encouraged to sport purple to the stadium. The first 50 Northwestern students who are wearing purple and present a Northwestern ID will receive a free UNW football t-shirt.

The Eagles enter Saturday's matchup 7-1 overall and 6-1 in UMAC play after most recently picking up a 28-6 road win last week at Westminster.
A LOOK AT THE OPPONENT
Greenville makes the trek to St. Paul after posting a dominant win over Martin Luther last Saturday in Greenville. The Panthers are 2-6 overall on the year and are 2-5 in league play.
DOMINANT DEFENSE
The storyline of 2016 has been UNW's stout defense. The Eagles posted three-straight shutouts to start the season and are surrendering just 11.13 points per game.
SENIOR SIGNAL CALLER
Senior
Corban Halbur (Richfield, Minn./Richfield) has stepped in under center and done an impressive job for the Eagles. The Richfield native has a passer efficiency rating of 125.18 after completing 114-of-203 passes for 1,512 yards and seven scores.
PROTECTING THE HOME TURF
Since opening the newly renovated Reynolds Field in 2014, the Eagles have compiled an impressive 12-2 tally on their home turf. In those 14 home contests, UNW has outscored its opponents 446-225.
CODY CAN CATCH
Senior wideout
Cody Carlson (Dallas Center, Iowa/Des Moines Christian) has made a huge impact in his final season in the Purple and Gold, as the Dallas Center, Iowa, native has hauled in a team-high 45 receptions for 561 yards and four touchdowns.
BY THE NUMBERS
The Eagles have done an outstanding job protecting the football this season, as UNW holds a plus-7 in turnover margin. The Eagles have picked off 11 passes this season and have recovered six fumbles.
