Nolan Richardson enters his 4th year on the University of Northwestern Football coaching staff in 2024 and his 3rd as Offensive Line Coach.

A graduate of Bethel University, Richardson was a two-time First Team All-MIAC selection at offensive line for the Royals and started 33 games in his career.
