With over 35 years of baseball experience. Coach Shally began his career with Little League, to coaching Class A Amateur baseball.

Coached Legion team to State, Twins RBI team to World Series, Head Coach Rochester Ridgemen (Pro Development Team) of the NYCBL. Was Field Director for the Minnesota Twins Summer Camps for 3 years.  

Currently, Twins Player Development Coach for their clinics, and Volunteer Assistant Coach at the University of Northwestern. 

Coach Shally has been married to wife Jane for 43 years and has 4 children and 11 grandchildren.
