Event Description: Join us for an intensive, position-specific camp built exclusively for offensive and defensive linemen. This is not your average camp—it's a high-level camp focused on the fundamentals, techniques, and physicality. Group Sessions filmed and followed up by instructional time in the classroom. Focus on proper technique while keeping the helmet out of contact.
Position-Specific Drills tailored to OL and DL:
- Stance, get-off, and explosive first steps
- Hand placement, leverage, and violent strikes
- Run blocking (down block, reach block, force block, double team)
- pass protection: sets, footwork, and hand placement
- Block destruction, shedding, reading keys, and gap control
- Pass Rush Techniques
- 1-on-1 pass rush & pass pro matchups
