The Eagles look to find their stride in Patrick Fitzgerald's second season at the helm with a strong returning trio led by senior Caroline Ringsmuth (Maple Grove, Minn./Maple Grove). Ringsmuth left her mark last season after a seventh-place finish at the UMAC Championship Meet, naming her First-Team All-UMAC with a time of 24:24. Joining Ringsmuth is junior Isabelle Yuhanna (Ham Lake, Minn./North Lakes Academy), a Second-Team All-UMAC runner and the Eagles' second finisher at the conference meet, placing eighth. Also back is junior Emery Maki (Hibbing, Minn./Hibbing), another Second-Team All-UMAC selection who placed 11th in the UMAC Championship race.
UNW is hosting North Central University and Oak Hills Bible College in their opening meet at Battle Creek Regional Park on August 29th, starting at 5:30 PM.
