ST. PAUL, Minn.- The Upper Midwest Athletic Conference announced their All-Conference Awards for the 2022 Men's and Women's Cross Country seasons on Monday and there were three Eagles represented.
The top 1-8 finishers in the UMAC Championship Meet last Saturday were named All-Conference First Team and the 9-18 finishers were named All-Conference Second Team. UNW Women's Cross Country had an athlete named Second Team All-Conference: Caroline Ringsmuth. Ringsmuth was a newcomer to the team this season and ended her first season with an All-Conference Selection. Ringsmuth finished the Championship Meet in 15
th place with a time of 27:01. Emma Fashant was selected as one of the conference's individual Sportsmanship Award winners.
Representing the Men's Cross Country team,
Nathan Franz (Elk River, Minn./Rogers) was also named an individual Sportsmanship Award winner.
