Wisconsin Dells, Wis. – The University of Northwestern men's golf team wrapped up play at the NCCAA North Central Regional tournament on Tuesday. The Tournament took place at Trappers Turn Golf Club between three teams. As a team Northwestern would move into second place after day two play.
Noah Johnson (Arden Hills, Minn./Mounds View) took first place and qualified for the NCCAA National Tournament in Palm Coast, Florida, October 19-21.

Noah Johnson (Arden Hills, Minn./Mounds View) shot a 76 in day two action bringing his total to 155.
Max Wilcox (Danville, Iowa/Danville) came in second for the Eagles shooting a 79 on day two, while also securing his lowest career round.
Jackson Nyhus (Henning, Minn./Henning) finished middle of the pack for the Eagles shooting an 83 on day two, completing the tournament with 174.
AJ Watland (Andover, Minn./AFLBS) shot 85 and
Ethan Van Hauwaert (Marshall, Minn./Marshall) shot a 91 in day two of competition.
