Box Score LACROSSE, Wis. – The University of Northwestern women's soccer team traveled to Viterbo University in Thursday night action. This contest would be the second of this season of these two teams meeting.
The Eagles would come up scoreless against the V-Hawks as they would score five goals.
In first half play, the Eagles would hold Viterbo scoreless until 20 minutes into the game. The half ended 3-0 Viterbo ahead of Northwestern.
UNW did not give up as they played hard throughout the second half. In the 61st minute, Viterbo would score their fourth goal.
The Eagles finished the game with three shots and five saves by keeper
Grace Borchardt (Hastings, Minn./Trinity School at River Ridge).
Northwestern is back in action on October 15 as they travel to Faith Baptist College to take on the Eagles at 2 pm.
