ST. PAUL, Minn. – The University of Northwestern women's soccer team competed Friday night against the Augsburg Auggies. It was a great night under the lights at Augsburg.

The Auggies started strong from the first whistle, taking it at the Eagles. Defensively, Northwestern held their own and put up a good fight. Fifteen minutes into the game, Augsburg scored their first goal. The Auggies went on to score two more goals in the first half.

The Eagles were held to two shots in the first half while Augsburg took 14.

Second half, the Auggies weren't done as they put in two more goals. The Eagles again were held to only two shots to the Auggies nine.
