DULUTH, Minn. – The University of Northwestern women's track and field team opened the 2019-20 Indoor Season at St. Scholastica on Saturday.
Amanda Sonnenburg (Lakeville, Minn./Apple Valley) and
Karee Joedeman (Litchfield, Minn./Litchfield)n represented the squad at the season opener as UNW competed against six other teams in Saturday action.

Coming off a strong 2019 cross country season,
Karee Joedeman (Litchfield, Minn./Litchfield) got right back at it – competing in Saturday's 3000m run. Joedeman recorded a fifth place finish, crossing the line in 12:29.97.
Sonnenburg competed in the meet's 200m dash, recording a 17th place finish (30.14).
