Northwestern ends the year 4-6 overall and 4-4 in the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference. The Tigers finish with a 0-10 record this season and a 0-7 mark in league play.

The Eagles were quick to score, putting together six plays to make it 7-0 following their opening drive. Damon Clapper (Dallas Center, Iowa/Dallas Center - Grimes) completed a 33-yard pass to Trevor Lundberg (Houston, Minn./Houston) before Payton Bowdry (Minneapolis, Minn./South) followed up with a 21-yard rush and a four-yard reception for the senior's first touchdown of the day.

Northwestern extended the lead to 14-0 on a Nate Van Beusekom (Arden Hills, Minn./Mounds View) five-yard run midway through the first. The Eagles would continue applying the offensive pressure in the second when Bowdry would record his second and third rushing touchdowns of the day. The running back also managed to get the extra point to go to put UNW up 28-0 to end the half.

The Eagle defense continued to shut down the Tigers, while Northwestern's offense made it 35-0 on an eight-yard touchdown pass from Ryan Flanigan (River Falls, Wis./River Falls) to senior Trevor Lundberg (Houston, Minn./Houston).

Bowdry would score his fourth and final touchdown in the fourth on a one-yard rush, making it 42-0. The Tigers were able to get some points on the board with nine minutes remaining on a 13 play, 64-yard drive.
