ST. PAUL, MINN. – The Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) released their preseason coaches' poll on Wednesday afternoon, where the UNW men's basketball team was voted to finish second. The Eagles come off of an impressive 2018-19 campaign where they boasted a 15-1 UMAC record, UMAC Regular Season and Tournament Championships, and a Division III NCAA Tournament second-round berth. Northwestern received three first place votes and 59 points, falling just short of Bethany Lutheran who was picked to finish atop the UMAC with six first place votes and 62 points.
