Game One
The Cougars got a complete-game four-hit shutout from Michael Dockendorf, taking the opener 7-0 after the game was halted for an hour long rain delay in the second inning.
Tyler Osborn (Clive, Iowa/Des Moines Christian) has been a welcomed addition back in the UNW lineup as the senior was responsible for two of the Eagles' four hits at the dish. Leadoff hitter
Braxton Lindow (Cannon Falls, Minn./Cannon Falls) and
Aaron Krahn (Roseau, Minn./Roseau) accounted for the other two hits.

Game Two
UNW built itself a 5-2 lead through five innings in game two and held UMM scoreless over the next three innings, but the host Cougars plated three runs in the bottom of the ninth to force extras. Minnesota Morris pushed the game-winning run across in the bottom of the 10th to pick up the walk-off win.
Clinging to a 1-0 advantage in the top of the third,
Nathan Ehnstrom (Aitkin, Minn./Aitkin) delivered a two-run single to cushion UNW's lead.
Brett Reinhart (Chanhassen, Minn./Southwest Christian) contributed an RBI single in the fourth before
