ST. BONIFACIUS, MINN. – The University of Northwestern women's soccer team tabbed a 1-0 road victory against Crown College on Wednesday evening. With the win, the Eagles improve to 8-6 (6-2 UMAC) overall.

Opening up the match, both teams took the field ready for action. Fronting a strong offensive force, UNW was able to mark an impressive 16 shots on the half, which outshined CC's two. At the close of the 45:00-minute period, both teams remained scoreless.
