ST. PAUL – For the second time in as many weeks, the University of Northwestern football team put up more than 50 points, cruising to a 57-7 win over visiting Iowa Wesleyan on Homecoming Saturday at Reynolds Field. BJ Foster – who scored on a 41-yard scamper early in the third – finished with 111 yards on just seven carries to lead a balanced ground attack.
Defensively,
Gideon Burnham (Alexandria, Minn./Jefferson) led a stout defense, as the sophomore linebacker was in on eight stops and blocked a punt.
