HILTON HEAD, S.C. – Monday wasn't an easy day on the tennis court for the Northwestern College men's team as the Eagles were swept by Millsaps College 9-0, knocking the Eagles' 2013 record down to 2-6.

The Majors, who hadn't lost any of their Hilton Head matches yet, continued their winning rate by taking eight of the nine matches in decisive fashion. The closest NWC was able to come on the doubles side was a three-game differential in Levi Busse (Amery, Wis./Amery) and Philip Gudim (Becker, Minn./Home School)'s 8-5 loss to Sean Slomonoff and Thomas Mills at the No. 3 slot. Busse's No. 6 singles match went down to the wire in a 6-4, 3-6, 1-0 (11-9) result that gave Mills a win in that contest too.

Northwestern has two matches remaining on its spring break schedule with bouts against Baldwin Wallace and Alfred Universities scheduled.
