MORRIS, Minn. -- Making up an early season reschedule, the Northwestern College men's tennis team handed the University of Minnesota-Morris their second 9-0 defeat of the season Wednesday afternoon.
All three doubles teams handed their opponents a loss easily giving up no more than three games in the match.
David Knight (Fort Dodge, Iowa/Fort Dodge) and
Caleb Kauss (St. Paul, Minn./Harding) defeated Dan Fragodt and Dakota Frazier 8-3, while
Keagan Blancke (Elk River, Minn./Elk River) and
Jimmy Ekman (River Falls, Wis./River Falls) at No. 2 doubles and
Agassi Mila (Coon Rapids, Minn./Coon Rapids) and
Philip Gudim (Becker, Minn./Home School) at No. 3 doubles handed their opponents an 8-1 and 8-2 win respectively.
Like in doubles play, all of Northwestern's singles players defeated their opponents with great ease. No. 1 singles player

Agassi Mila (Coon Rapids, Minn./Coon Rapids) went 6-3, 6-0.
After a few hours' rest, Northwestern, now 10-9 on the year, will be back on the road on Thursday as they head to Mankato to take on Bethany Lutheran at 3 p.m. and then continue on the road to their main rival's courts, St. Scholastica, on Saturday with the match beginning at 12 p.m.
