ARDEN HILLS, Minn.—As the Northwestern College men's tennis team nears the end of its season the Eagles post a 0-9 defeat to North Central University.

No. 1 singles player Stephan Fread (Minneapolis, Minn./Osseo High School) and teammate No. 3 singles player Joshua Fread (Minneapolis, Minn./Osseo High School) didn't let their opponents take a game off of them, both winning 0-6, 0-6. In the No. 2 spot for NWC, Jeremiah Schneck (Faribault, Minn./Faribault) (Fairbault, Minn./Fairbault High School), beat his counterpart in 6-1, 6-1 fashion.

In doubles play, No. 1 teammates Stephan Fread and Schneck ended with a 8-5 victory over opponents Chris Cavan and Josiah Tonder. No. 2 doubles partners Joshua Fread and Logan Fischer (Silver Bay, MN/Homeschool) (Silver Bay, Minn./Homeschool) only gave up one game, winning 8-1 while the No. 3 doubles team for the Eagles also beat their counterparts in 8-1 fashion.
