Setters Leah Kostek (West Des Moines, Iowa/Des Moines Christian ) (West Des Moines, Iowa/Des Moines Christian) and Hillary Slagter (Prinsburg, Minn./Central Minnesota Christian) (Prinsburg, Minn./Central Minnesota Christian) combined for 52 assists in the match, helping the Eagles hit .120 as a team. Danielle Rhodes (Iowa City, Iowa/City) (Iowa City, Iowa/City) had 25 digs to pace NWC, while Kristie Bicket (Zion, Ill./Zion-Benton Township) (Zion, Ill./Zion-Benton Township) chipped in 15.

Slagter and Sandstrom each had their hand in seven blocks, helping the Eagles get to 11 blocks as a team. For Northland, Chelsea Lundgren had 12 blocks alone in the match.

The Eagles improve to 7-6 overall and 4-0 in UMAC play, increasing their conference winning streak to 19 matches. Northland falls to 8-13 overall and 3-1 UMAC with the loss.
