EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (Jan. 31, 2008) -- The Northwestern College men's tennis team wasn't able to improve from their 9-0 loss to Concorida-Moorhead on Thursday afternoon, as they suffered loss No. 2 of the season to the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

None of Northwestern's singles were able to makea strong push against their opponents from Eau Claire, as the Blugolds dominated from start to finish.  All three doubles matches ended with the same result, as UW-Eau Claire won each match in 8-1 fashion.

Northwestern (0-2) will try for their season's first win again on Friday, when they travel down Snelling Ave. to face Hamline University.  The match is scheduled to begin at 3 p.m.
