Leroy Kwateh enters his 2nd season as the sprints coach for the University of Northwestern Men's and Women's Track and Field teams in 2024-25.

Coach Kwateh made an immediate impact in his first year at Northwestern in 2023-24, as several sprinters excelled under his leadership. Indoor school records were broken in the Women's 200, Women's 4x200 and Women's 4x400, while outdoors he oversaw broken records in the Women's 400 Hurdles and Women's 4x100.
