North Central secured the first shot of the game at the 5:12 mark and wouldn't be matched by Northwestern until the 17:17 point when

th minute as
Jordan Skarin (Buffalo, Minn./Buffalo ) converted on a
Lauren Cleope (Manila, Philippines/Faith Academy) pass to notch a 1-0 lead in favor of the visitors on the scoreboard.
Fast forward to the 38
th minute and another tally was added to the board with
Lindsay Halvorson (Elk River, Minn./Elk River) delivering a ball to
Sarah Gerten (Excelsior, Minn./Southwest Christian) for the goal. As UNW headed into the half, the team reversed its role from Friday's game that saw North Central lead heading into halftime.
As the second period got underway the Purple and Gold maintained possession of the momentum, however the Rams showed they were not ready to let up and forced some shots of their own towards the Eagle backline.
At the 56:41 time stamp
Sarah Scinto (Rosemount, Minn./Rosemount) booted her second goal of the weekend off of a Skarin assist to increase UNW's lead to a triple and provide a bit of lead security. Just 56 seconds later UNW made its final scoring push as
Allie Franzen (Andover, Minn./Legacy Christian ) benefited from another Cleope assist and sent a ball past the North Central defense to leave the margin at 4-0.
The Eagles were able to close out the remaining minutes and earn its second Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) victory in as many days. The visitors came out on top in the offensive shot category with 17, while
Emily Johnson (Esko, Minn./Esko) and company picked up the shutout victory as a result of three saves.
