Football 1974-'77, Basketball 1974-'79, Track 1975-'78

 

A three-sport star, Brian was a four-year starter at safety on the Northwestern football team.  He made all-conference three straight years from 1975-77, and is also the career interceptions leader with 16.  In basketball, Brian was a three-year starter at forward.  Track brought Brian some outstanding highlights.  He was a member of two NCCAA Championship teams, and was named All-American in 1976-77.  At the 1977 national meet, Brian was named the “Outstanding Performer.”  He holds the long jump and triple jump records at Northwestern.

 

Brian has influenced young people for many years, and has been the Athletic Director at Meadow Creek Christian School since 1981.  He also has taught Physical Education and currently teaches a high school Bible class.

 

At church, Brian has served as youth sponsor and on the deacon board.  His commitment to Christ is demonstrated daily through a life which impacts young people.
