Despite being hampered by an injury, Berglund put together another all-conference season after averaging 15.6 points, 7.2 rebounds, and 2.9 assists per game. The junior shot 50 percent from the floor and posted 45 steals and 13 blocks to be a force on the defensive end.
Tumbleson's athleticism caused all sorts of issues for opponents, as the senior could stop and pop or take it to the rim. Tumbleson – who got to the line 56 times in UMAC games – averaged 12.3 points and 5.2 points per game. Tumbleson was also strong on the other end of the court, racking up 22 steals.
The Eagles finished the conference season 9-7 and advanced to the UMAC Tournament title game.
