ST. The Springfield, Va., native put together another strong week for Northwestern, pouring in a career-high 27 points in the team's 64-55 win over Crown College Wednesday to reach the 1,000-point milestone. Then, in Saturday's tough loss to Augsburg University, Berglund hit double digits once again as she led all scorers with 23 points.

On the season, the hot shooter is averaging just over 18 points per game and is shooting 54.8 percent from the hardwood.

Following the holiday break, the squad will welcome Northland College on Wednesday, January 3. Tip-off is set for 7:30 p.m. inside the Ericksen Center. For more information, fans should visit www.unweagles.com.
